This meteorite may have fallen on 6th December 1922 after a fireball was sighted, but there is quite a bit of uncertainty. The first mass was found in 1968 and recognised as a meteorite in 1972.
Tsarev has a dark matrix showing veining, chondrules and small metal flakes - the fusion crust is chocolate brown in colour and gas vesicles are also evident.
